Mrs. Conley left her residence at 1:30am on 10/16/2009 in a 1986 Blue Chevrolet Cavalier. Mrs. Conley was to follow an ambulance that her husband was in to the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol Tennessee. Mrs. Conley did not arrive. Mrs. Conley suffers from Dementia.
